Do I have to pay for the app after buying a Gecko controller?
No. The app is free and will always be. Gecko Premium is a paid upgrade for extra features as Energy and Water maintenance.

Is there a free trial, and when does it expire?
No, Gecko Premium does not include a free trial. Access begins once you purchase a subscription.
How can I purchase or upgrade to Gecko Premium?
Open the Gecko app, go to Settings > General > Subscription, choose Gecko Premium, and follow the steps.
Can I use my spa without a Premium plan?
Yes. Core controls (temperature, pumps, lights and more) work without a subscription. Premium adds advanced features.
Can multiple people share one Premium subscription?
Yes. You can invite household members to your spa in the app. They will receive Premium features for that shared spa while your subscription is active.
Do I need two plans for two spas?
Each spa requires its own Premium plan. If you manage multiple spas, you can add a plan for each one under the same account.
Does Gecko Premium work without internet?
Remote features require the spa’s controller to be online.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Gecko app, go to Settings > General > Subscription, and choose Manage. You will keep Premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
We use encrypted connections and follow industry best practices to protect account and device data. You can delete your data from your account at antime.
What changes for existing Gecko subscribers?
Existing paid subscribers keep their current benefits. Any new features that are part of Gecko Premium will be added automatically based on your plan.
